1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LoveAll Tennis coaching services operated by LoveAll Tennis Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), located at 37 Ridge Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. By booking a lesson or participating in any session, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Bookings
All bookings are made through our online booking platform at bookings.lovealltennis.com.au. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full credit or reschedule will be offered.
3. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. Where a cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours' notice and we are able to fill the spot from our waitlist, no fee will be charged. For no-shows without prior notice: group lessons will be charged the full session price; private coaching sessions will be charged half the session price.
4. Refunds
Casual session payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another session date with sufficient notice. 10-session packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions within a pack are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant.
5. Health & Fitness
Tennis is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. We strongly recommend that all participants consult with a qualified medical professional before commencing lessons if they have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. By participating in sessions, you confirm that you are in suitable health to engage in physical activity. If your health status changes, please notify us before your next session. We reserve the right to ask any participant to cease activity if we have genuine concerns about their safety.
6. Liability
Participation in LoveAll Tennis sessions is entirely at your own risk. LoveAll Tennis Pty Ltd, its coaches, and its employees are not liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage to property that occurs during or in connection with our sessions. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Photography & Media
We may occasionally photograph or film sessions for use on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing before your session. By not providing such notice, you consent to images being taken and used for promotional purposes.
8. Code of Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a welcoming, respectful environment for all participants. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant who behaves in a manner that is disrespectful, aggressive, or unsafe toward coaches, other participants, or our facilities.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
