Waimarie Villa, Thailand
Four nights • 25 to 29 September 2026
Ten of us at most, a private beachfront villa, and a tennis court a few steps from the pool.

I am taking a small group to a private villa on Koh Samui for four nights in September. Up to ten of us, plus me.
We have the whole villa to ourselves. It sits on the beach and it has its own full-size tennis court. There is a chef. Nobody else is staying.
Tennis every morning while it is still cool, then the day is yours. The court is ours the rest of the time as well, and it has lights, so people play in the evening too.
This is not a training camp, and it is not a package holiday with a court attached. If you play with us in Sydney, it is for you. If you are a friend or a partner of someone who does, you are just as welcome, and you do not have to play at all.
The villa
A six-bedroom private villa right on the sand, on Koh Samui's quiet west coast. That is the side of the island the sun sets on.
An infinity pool, shaded salas, and the beach a few steps from where we eat. A private chef cooks for us. The resident villa staff look after the place while we are there, with daily housekeeping.
For four nights the whole villa is ours.

On court
The villa has its own floodlit hard court, a few steps from the pool. For four days nobody else can book it.
I run a session every morning in the cooler part of the day. Drills and games, doubles, tie-breaks, match play. After that the court sits there free, so play as much or as little as you like, including under lights in the evening.
Yes. This is the question I get more than any other, so here is the plain answer: all levels are welcome.
We will have a real mix of standards and we split into groups of similar standard, so you are on court with people who make sense for you. Nobody gets left behind and nobody gets held back.
And tennis is optional throughout. If you would rather sit by the pool on a given morning, sit by the pool.

Friday to Tuesday
Friday 25
Arrive. Transfers from the airport, then settle in. Welcome dinner from the chef, and the first hit under lights for anyone still going.
Saturday 26
Tennis in the morning. The afternoon is free. Dinner at the villa from the chef.
Sunday 27
Morning tennis, then a private half-day catamaran and snorkelling around the islands. Back for dinner at sunset.
Monday 28
Morning tennis. In-villa massages in the afternoon, or head out and see something of the island.
Tuesday 29
Breakfast and an optional early hit, then transfers to the airport.
A rough shape, not a timetable. Free time is genuinely free, and none of it is compulsory.

The package
Worth being straight about both. Here is everything your spot covers, and everything it does not.
Included
Not included
Rooms and pricing
Three doubles and two twins. Twins have separate beds, which suits friends travelling together.
Most people
Share with a partner or a friend you choose. Tell me who you are pairing with when you book, and if you would rather have separate beds, ask for one of the twins.
The same trip, with a room to yourself. An upgrade rather than the standard option, and there are only so many of them.
Booking
Prices in Australian dollars, per person, and they exclude flights. There are five rooms in total, so deposits close on 17 August or when the villa fills, whichever comes first. Rooms go in the order deposits land.
Tell me which room you want and who you are sharing with.
A note from Matt
I have been coaching for thirteen years, the last two of them here in Sydney. In that time we have built a genuine community around LoveAll: people who like playing, like getting better, and like each other's company.
A trip like this has been in the back of my mind for a while. I had seen versions of it done elsewhere and kept thinking that with the tennis at the centre and the right group of people, we could do something better.
Finding the place was the hard part. It had to be somewhere genuinely beautiful and it had to have a proper court, which rules out almost everything. Waimarie ticks every box.
I will be there the whole time, running the tennis and sorting the details so you do not have to think about any of them. Your job is to book a flight and turn up.
See you in Samui,
Matt
Questions
All levels. We will have a mix and we split into groups of similar standard, so you play with people around your level. Nobody is left behind and nobody is held back. Tennis is optional throughout.
Someone you choose. There are three doubles and two twins, so if you are travelling with a friend rather than a partner, a twin gives you separate beds. Let me know who you are pairing with when you book.
Yes. You will already know everyone there. If you would like a shared room and do not have someone in mind, tell me and I will pair you up, with your agreement.
Yes, and they are very welcome. Same price. Everything except the tennis is identical, and they simply do not go on court.
A $500 deposit holds your room. The balance is due Tuesday 1 September 2026. Deposits close Monday 17 August 2026, or when the villa fills.
Yes. $500 holds your room and the balance can be split across a few payments up to 1 September. Just ask.
The $500 deposit is non-refundable. After the balance is paid I will refund whatever I can recover. You are also welcome to pass your spot to someone else at no cost.
Before you book
There are no direct flights from Sydney. Most people connect through Bangkok or Singapore into Samui airport, which is about forty minutes from the villa.
Return airport transfers on Koh Samui are included. Send me your flight details once they are booked and I will have cars waiting.
Australians enter Thailand for tourism without a visa.
Late September on Samui is warm and mostly sunny, with the occasional short shower. The island's wet season comes later in the year.
Your own racquet, and shoes for a hard court. Otherwise light clothing, swimmers, a hat and sunscreen.
Not included, so please organise your own cover before you travel.
How to book
$2,690 per person sharing, or $3,690 for a room to yourself. A $500 deposit holds it, with the balance due Tuesday 1 September 2026.
There are five rooms. Deposits close Monday 17 August 2026, or when the villa fills.
