A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot at the retreat. Once paid, this deposit confirms your booking and your agreement to these terms.
Full payment is due no later than 60 days before the retreat start date. If payment is not received by then, your spot may be forfeited, and the deposit will not be refunded.
More than 60 days out: If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat, you will receive a refund minus the deposit.
Within 60 days: Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable, regardless of the reason (including illness, injury, or travel issues).
No-shows or missed sessions during the retreat are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations or changes.
In the unlikely event that LoveAll Tennis cancels the retreat (e.g. due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or minimum numbers not being met), we will offer a full refund or credit toward a future retreat.
Return flights from Sydney to Bali are included in the retreat package. We will book group flights for all participants and provide full details well in advance.
Please note:
Any changes to your flights after booking (e.g. name changes, date changes) may incur airline fees, which are your responsibility.
If you miss your flight or choose to travel separately, you will need to arrange and cover your own alternative travel.
Delays & Cancellations:
LoveAll Tennis will book return group flights from Sydney to Bali. While we will do our best to assist with any issues, we are not liable for costs or disruptions caused by airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.
We recommend arriving with at least one day's buffer before retreat activities begin, and strongly advise all participants to hold comprehensive travel insurance that covers delays and cancellations.
This is an active tennis retreat, so participants should be in reasonable health. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure about your suitability. Participation is at your own risk.
We highly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance to cover illness, injury, cancellation, and travel delays.
This retreat is a shared group experience. We ask all participants to act respectfully and kindly toward others and the coaches. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour negatively impacts the group.
We will do our best to cater to dietary needs—please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance. We cannot guarantee allergy-free kitchens or venues.
By attending, you agree that we may take photos or videos for marketing purposes (website, social media). If you’d prefer not to appear in any media, just let us know—we’ll respect your wishes.
By attending, you agree that LoveAll Tennis is not liable for:
Any injuries, losses, or damages during or after the retreat.
Any issues related to third-party services (e.g., hotel, transport).
Participants take full responsibility for their own well-being, and are advised to hold personal travel and health insurance.
